  • 1 whole 1.5 kg chicken
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • a pinch of ground black pepper

  • preheat oven to 195°C
  • add salt and pepper to both the inside and outside part of the chicken
  • rub evenly so that salt and pepper is spread evenly
  • add butter to chicken
  • rub butter evenly
  • rinse parsley with running water
