  • 600 g boneless lamb

  • 1 1/2 cups hung yogurt

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons chili paste

  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic

  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger

  • 2 teaspoons toasted and ground cumin seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon mace powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • oil for blasting

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make Lamb Kebab

  • cut the boneless lamb into lamb cubes of about 2 1/2 cm

  • prick all over with a fork

  • add the lamb cubes

  • stir evenly to coat well
