Sogogi Jangchorim Recipe

This is easy braised garlic soy sauce recipe or sogogi jangchorim recipe required very little preparation time and this Korean braised beef cuisine is served with a bowl of white rice and a plate of vegetable dish.

Ingredients for braised garlic soy sauce recipe

  • 125 ml soy sauce

  • 500 ml water

  • 1 medium-sized onion

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 3 bulbs peeled garlic

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

  • 1 kg boneless skirt steak

  • 2 liters water

How to make braised garlic soy beef

  • quartered the onion

  • rinse beef with tap water

  • put the beef in a large pot filled with water

  • bring to a boil

  • simmer for ten minutes

  • skim off the unwanted residue seen on top of the stock

  • cover the pot, reduce temperature and simmer for 1 1/4 hours or until the beef is tender
