Recipe to make fresh salmon chirashi

 

Fresh Salmon Chirashi recipe is called Furesshu Samon No Chirashi recipe in Japan. Salmon chirashi or salmon chirashizushi is a popular Japanese cuisine which is a delicious one-bowl Japanese meal that showcases delicious fresh salmon and sushi rice.

Ingredients for fresh salmon chirashi recipe

  • 500 g vinegared rice

  • 90 g fresh salmon

  • 80 g fresh salmon roe

  • 1 1/2 mangetout peas

  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1/4 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 1 large-sized egg

  • finely chopped parsley for garnishing

How to make Fresh Salmon Chirashi

  • add vegetable oil in a skillet

  • heat skillet under medium heat

  • beat the egg and pour into the skillet

  • turn the pan to allow the egg to spread over the base in a thin layer

  • when the edges of the egg become dry, turn over and cook the other side

  • set egg aside after both sides of the egg are just cooked

  • when cool, cut egg into very thin strips

  • add water into a saucepan

  • bring water to a boil as per the fresh salmon chirashi sushi recipe

  • put in mangetout peas and cook until the mangetout peas become crisp
