  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/4 tablespoons finely shredded ginger

  • 1 1/2 small-sized sliced onion

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 3/4 cup beef stock

  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions

  • a dash of salt

  • slice the beef thinly and cut into thin strips

  • add fish and sauce to beef and mix evenly

  • marinate for sixty minutes

  • put ginger, onion and vegetable oil in wok
