  • 230 g minced pork

  • 30 wonton wrappers

  • 1 scallion

  • 4 1/2 canned water chestnuts

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons fish sauce

  • oil for deep frying

  • scallion must be trimmed and roughly chopped
